The insurance consultant I dealt with called Shannon listened and really understood my specific requirements for the renewal of my block landlord Insurance policy. She escalated a few concerns to her management team and got back to me very quickly resolving my initial concerns and provided excellent customer service so was happy to renew my policy. very efficient and easy when we had to claim
