Great customer service and prices over a 10 year period for my BTL portfolio

Discount Insurance are efficient and priced very competitively. I have 10 BTL flats with them and have made 2 claims in that time. They have been helpful and paid out each time. Planning to get landlord emergency cover with them now. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

I have been a customer for years. Due to a very bad storm, one of the properties had water coming from the roof, causing a lot of damage to the bedrooms. My husband and I were horrified and worried about the Tennant living in the property at the time. Rent Guard was so professional about the whole thing.They understood the situation and urgency we were in. They acted straight away with our claim and our wonderful roofer sorted the roof. We were so grateful and realised how lucky we were that we received such excellent service from Rent Guard as we would have been unable to pay for all the damage that was incurred by the storm.
