One building purpose-built as 2 flats.

One building purpose-built as 2 flats, one above the other. At one stage I was advised to insure them separately and then, recently, to insure them as one building. The policy number used for one of them was now used for both. Your records did not keep up and I was later reminded that I hadn't insured the policy we had closed. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

Flexible, economical, good customer service.

I have used Discount Insurance for the last 6 years to jointly insure a property with two apartments - one a rental and the other owner occupied. Discount Insurance have consistently provided reasonable quotes, good documentation, and helpful customer service (for example changing names of the insured occupants).
