I have had a policy with Discount Insurance for many years. The renewal process is efficient. When I have had questions regarding the insurance renewal, the questions have been answered clearly. Prompt call back after my initial enquiry. Then excellent customer service from James, who guided me through all the paperwork and found out exactly what level of insurance I needed. Then he compared all the quotes and found the best quote that matched my needs. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
