I have been a customer for years. Due to a very bad storm, one of the properties had water coming from the roof, causing a lot of damage to the bedrooms. My husband and I were horrified and worried about the Tennant living in the property at the time. Rent Guard was so professional about the whole thing.They understood the situation and urgency we were in. They acted straight away with our claim and our wonderful roofer sorted the roof. We were so grateful and realised how lucky we were that we received such excellent service from Rent Guard as we would have been unable to pay for all the damage that was incurred by the storm. I spoke to Dashi and what can I say about her! I have never spoken to anyone as nice as Dashi! She went out of her way and sorted out the maximum discount for me. She was so polite and friendly over the phone. She made sure that I was happy with all the service which your company provide because I have 4 separate policies with you! She informed about the portfolio insurance as well. I am very satisfied with the response I got from her. I feel like she must be a great asset to your team.
