Outstanding Service

The help and service I was given was excellent. The agent that I dealt with was very knowledgeable, understanding and patient with me. He spent time going through all the information in detail as to what I was required to do when placing my claim as unfortunately my wedding venue went into liquidation 5 months before our big day! Dreamsaver Wedding Insurance Process

The website is rather conveniently laid out so it is relatively clear on what each level of cover does and does not cover, though I would suggest a read of the 'fine print' once a chosen level of cover has been selected. For us this was useful to provide greater clarity on specifics that were and were not covered; for example, cover from pandemics like COVID, or if the policy would be void if a sword was used to cut the wedding cake.
