Good customer service

One of the few insurance companies offering wedding insurance at the time, which we needed to cover the marquee that we hired. I contacted customer service to check whether generators were covered under our insurance, which they weren't. This wasn't a problem for us but if buying the insurance it needs to be kept in mind. Quick and easy to deal with

Quick and easy to deal with, answered the phone in a nice and timely manner, and were good value for money. Only downside was getting quite a few email reminders to leave a review; one is fine to prompt for a review, but lots gets a bit annoying. I haven't yet had to claim so I don't know how good the company will be on the claims end, but the purchasing part, and me phoning up with some questions went really well.
