Hands down the worst company (yes, not just banks) I’ve ever dealt with. 14 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a decision on a... Second house I’ve now lost due to their slow response and incompetence. Charging high fees and providing this level of service is practically fraud. Will be reporting to FCA.
