Never changing insurance company

When my phone screen got smashed a couple of years ago, Endsleigh covered the cost instantly, and I had it repaired within days. My biggest regret is when I did not renew my subscription last year (out of pure laziness), and my phone got stolen. If I had been insured by Endsleigh, they would have covered the cost, now I'm paying a £45/month phone bill to pay for my phone. Needless to say I am once again insured by Endsleigh, will always renew my subscription and am never changing companies. As someone who's never used an insurance company before, I found it so easy to sign up and add all the items you would like insured, and the price is so so reasonable. 10/10 from me! Easy, friendly good value.

Great customer service

Moving house was no problem - a telephone call and the insurance changed and refunded part of the premium for buildings insurance as we had moved into rented accommodation. Very helpful customer service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Outstanding support for octogenarians!!

My grandparents who are in their 80’s had a flood and Endsleigh were so compassionate, quick to act and made it zero fuss even though we were in the early days of the pandemic. Throughout the claim experience they found ways to support with photo evidence, quotes, suppliers and phoned to check up on progress. My grandparents will be sticking with Endsleigh from now on. Used the service for reposed house from unpaid tenants The lawyers have been very helpful to go to the magistrate court on my behalf and also provide bailiff to remove obstinate tenants from my property Would recommend paying for legal advice to be included in the policy Reviewed on: 8th September 2021
