I have been with Endsleigh since I was a student nearly 20 years ago - they have always understood that multiple people can share one space, without being a family or romantically linked, and that therefore the insurance needs to be tailormade, and should not penalise people for living this way with high premiums. They listen when you suggest something instead of just saying no. When my yearly quote seemed high I rang them and they took the figure down to an external quote I had received. I didn’t want to move to a new company and they respected that. Reviewed on: 8th September 2019
