Great Experience So Far

I have yet to make a single claim, so I can’t say anything about how good Endsleigh is in this situation, but what I can comment on is the prize, customer service/availability and coverage. For students like myself, prize is extremely important and Endsleigh have one that is very affordable. As far as coverage go, you can choose between insuring the contents in your home for as long as they stay within it, or to insure them both in- and outside of your home. This is another benefit for me as a student as the prize is lower if I only insure my contents when they are inside of my home. As for the customer service, I have only been in contact with Endsleigh once, but on that occasion I received a thourough answer to my email very quickly and the person who helped me was very respectful and kind in her reply. The experience definitively assured me of that Endsleigh is a serious company that cares for its customers. Reviewed on: 19th July 2019

Efficient, friendly, affordable quality service

Used them for 7 years without a hitch. When I sadly was broken into I made a claim. You hear nightmares when making claims. Not for me, all went extremely well and support throughout from friendly staff. No jargon just helpful. Payment for claim made so I have continued to use them to date. Reviewed on: 12th July 2019

Efficient process

Understand students
