Does what it says

Outstanding provider

As a policy holder, I found Endsleigh easy to deal with and very competitive on price. The real test came when I had to claim for a significant fire and I was hugely impressed with the speed they settled the claim with the minimum of fuss. Expecting a significant hike in premium on renewal, I was pleasantly surprised to find just a small cost-of-living increase with almost the same very competitive premium. My expectations of the insurance industry tend to be very low. Endsleigh has broken the mould. Reviewed on: 9th September 2019

"No trouble, Happy to Help" Insurer where all your needs are met.

Each time I contact Endsleigh regarding insurance matters their staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. One time, the lass I was dealing with actually dropped a cheque into my UK bank in order that it could be utilised immediately (as I was otherwise unable to do it, residing overseas). It was no trouble for her. She was happy to help and that's Endsleigh - Any Insurance matter means "No Trouble, Happy to Help". I appreciate that help can be achieved via email too. That saves me alot of valuable time. And when I do speak directly all staff are courteous, informed and likeable. I always recommend Endsleigh, just as they were recommended to me some 15years ago.
