Great customer service, great prices, great peace of mind

Getting a quote and taking out the policy with Endsleigh was straightforward and quick. During my policy, there was always someone that I could talk to, whether I had any questions etc. Since finishing uni, I have ended my student insurance with Endsleigh, which was again a straightforward, friendly process. They are such a good company, that I have now taken out home and laptop insurance with them, as I begin adult life! Reviewed on: 7th September 2017

Great cover and fast repairs

After accidentally damaging my laptop in my halls, I was extremely worried as I needed it for my studies and it was no longer fit for purpose. I made a claim with Endsleigh that night and the next day it was collected by a courier and sent off for inspection. The turnaround time was very quick and after 1 week I had my laptop back, as good as new, with all my personal files still on there. In addition to this, I find Endsleigh extremely affordable, giving me the piece of mind that my gadgets will be protected without breaking the bank. Reviewed on: 7th September 2017

Very good, cheap insurance

The insurance was cheap and I felt like I was in good hands. When it came time to cancel my insurance the support team were kind and helped me through the cancellation process. What more do you want?

I remember my first day at University in Essex. They were sat outside one of the lecture hall buildings, so firstly, hats off to them for taking their time out to physically come to make things easier. Secondly, the marketers or salespeople however you want to call them didn't come across as any of those things. They had been really helpful in explaining why it would be best to insure things and well, the email regularly, send letters regularly and seem to have such a good service going. It's been two years since I signed up on my first day at University and I am still with them today as you are reading this. I would 5/5 this but I haven't encountered a problem with the device I've ensured to see how Endsleigh are in action. Otherwise, I'm sure I'd make this 5/5.
