I have used credit union enterprise for a very long time. Being able to access a loan with bad credit scores has been a massive help being a single parent to a family being able to have Christmas loans with low interest rates has been a life saver and been able to make my children’s christmases over the years magical. Enterprise Credit Union offered me a lifeline

Enterprise Credit Union offered me a lifeline when I couldn’t obtain credit anywhere else, by using my child Benifit, it really gave me the opportunity to grow my credit, lend money and have that ability to relay on it for Christmas. It’s a massive help each year on the run up to Christmas which takes so much stress and anxiety away from me and gives my children the best Christmas, Its also helped me to grow my savings. I’ve been using Enterprise credit Union since 2018 and I recommend it so many people in similar situations. It’s helped me so much over the last few years and I would recommend anyone to use them, the staff are also mega polite and helpful, really down to earth and not judgmental like a lot of places are if you ever struggling. I have been with credit union for years they are super friendly and supportive very understanding to my needs and have gone above and beyond to help me in emergency situations when I had no one else absolutely brilliant service will continue to save with them for life probably they are like a little extended family ! I've had to take out a few loans with ECU since I've been with them and its honestly been a life saver when times have been hard financially. I'm so glad I came across ECU they make the whole process very easy and the staff always very warm and friendly and reassurancing with any questions I have. They always accommodate the loan repayments to what best suits yourself, so very person centred approach. They are just a fantastic company. They are helping so many people who are struggling, by taking the stress and weight off their shoulders, by providing decent loan amounts, with affordable repayment plans. You don't come away after getting a loan with ECU thinking "oh no what have I just done? "can I afford this? "am I going to get in more debt? You come away feeling relieved and like you can relax for first time in ages, cause you know you are in good hands and the repayments are manageable. That's an amazing thing to provide to people! I love this place!!! Staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help and find solutions if they are needed…. I Alison think it’s a fantastic idea that continual repayments are required for 20 weeks before a top up is available!! This helps me budget for big events and also if any one off things crop up… thank you so much to all the staff. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
