Enterprise credit union are very approachable and as I work in a school , I really enjoy that should I require a loan or advice they are contactable via phone or email and you always receive a response. My last loan was approximately 16 months ago or longer and they where excellent dealing with my query and it was all done via the app with documents being sent electronically and I did not have to take the time out of my school hours to visit the branch which was fantastic for myself.
