Smooth and easy process and somewhere I trust

Iv been getting loans with ECU for 11 years. The staff at branches have always been incredibly helpful and nice. In times of need it has been a lifeline to me, and the only place to get credit that doesn’t feel like extortion with interest rates, especially through times as a young mum and student when I have been financially vulnerable. It’s always a smooth process, always quickly processed and balance always updated weekly and on time so I know exactly where I’m up to. In 11 years I’ve never had a bad experience!
