Ive had many loans over the years and have always found the staff to be lovely and helpful thru every step of the way, ecu has been a lifeline to me as ive never been able to get loans from highstreet lenders so was relying on the likes of provident for a while and couldn't escape the rat race Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Very simple process and ability to get a loan just when you need it. Staff are brilliant t sorting things extremely quickly. The interest rate is very reasonable and so much better than anywhere else. You know exactly what you will be paying back and when. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025
