I was having a really rough time and the credit union helped me out not only with funding but staff gave me their time an listened to me they made sure I was okay mentally and financially I have been a member now for over ten years and in the ten years of dealing with ecu they treat me as they did when I became a customer nothing is never tp much and if they can't help you they will sign post to places that could be able to just a really great company all in all with really helpful an friendly approchable staff Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

When I joined ECU I couldn't believe how quick and understanding they wherewt measi d have cognitive problems. They met my needs fully over the phone which helped me with ease and left me feeling confident to use my mobile phone more for other things aswell as ECU.
