Slow, unorganised and with glitches in the system!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They sen emails with nudges that instalment payments were not made, although everything was paid on time. nothing is clear from the statement their provide and they ridiculously take 5 working days to answer your email! the communication with customer service is awfully slow and it seems like they don't understand their system either. that is not something that a company that deals with money should have in offer!!! Decided to suprise my wife with a personalised numberplate for her new car but didnt want to have to part with the money in one go, so put in an application to get it on finance which i was able to choose how much deposit to put down and how long i wanted the loan to go on for.
