Don’t hold your breath. Put a claim in for hire car excess in March. This still has not been paid. So far up to 50 emails with their claim team. Totally useless. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Great so far

It’s only when you make a claim, I guess, that you truly judge a company but so far I can only say that the peace of mind, communication and value has been excellent. Reviewed on: 4th September 2019

User friendly interface

Website is easy to navigate, staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, policy is easy to choose and take out & fit for purpose.
