Don’t hold your breath. Put a claim in for hire car excess in March. This still has not been paid. So far up to 50 emails with their claim team. Totally useless. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Peace of mind

With the huge excesses that hire companies now charge, and the fact that they look for the tiniest of blemishes when you return the car, it is a great comfort to know that if I do have an 'incident' with one of their cars, I am covered without losing my excess, for a fraction of the cost. SIMPLE, GREAT VALUE AND FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Used Eversure for a short trip to France to cover our car hire. Very easy to arrange but more importantly, when I realised I had given wrong driver info it was easy to change and unlike some others no charge was made for the alteration.
