Great service from great people.

Whenever you phone up, pop in or email to talk to someone, you have a friendly person on the other end of the line that will help the best they can. Very pleasant experience indeed. Only criticism I have is the automated messages which come through and are a little bit pestering about account reviews but that isn’t to do with staff. Excellent Service

Good Service

EL got in touch with me almost immediately after I completed a form from a broker. Rebecca was very helpful and explained the process efficiently. I was asked to visit the office in Warrington to complete. As I can't drive due to medical reasons, I had to use public transport. I completely appreciate that this is a sub prime loan, and therefore it may be protocol to have face to face contact with whoever is lending. It would have been easier to complete the loan on line.
