Offer me a new loan, i applied they said everything ok i can have it and next day they called me and said sorry we can't give you this loan. I never late any payment and im a costumer more than 2 years ago. I'll pay back asap this one and forget this company forever. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

I applied and was approved in principle, the nearest branch to me called and made an appointment as soon as possible at my convenience and when I got there the advisers that dealt with my loan for me were lovely, friendly and extremely happy , left a very happy customer and the funds were in my account later that day :) Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

My experience was great. It was fast and easy but also with a personal touch. I got my initial approval online and someone from my local branch got in touch, they assessed my situation professionally. I didn't feel like i was being judged.
