I have messaged Evolution Money many times through the portal and never got an answer. We were told that we could not get any money and then all of a sudden it was in our account. Rates well too high. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Crap. Don’t use.

The staff were not very well trained. They miscalculated. Made errors on the APR. I wouldn’t use. Very disappointing. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024

Consistently good

Have been with evolution for about 7 years now having refinanced several times. Application process was always straight forward. Average custom service. Money into account quick

Started off very well, then went very slow and seemed to drag out, and rather than asking what was needed staight away, which I would send, they was all asked in dribs and drabs. I got told I’d be given an answer the follow day, this then happened a further twice. I don’t mind it taking time if getting told you’ll let me know in 2/3 days, but I got told it would be the following day by lunch, then the following evening and so on. However once all sorted, money was in account quickly with no issues. Reviewed on: 10th April 2024
