The process is very easy and straightforward, customer service is amazing, nothing seems too much trouble and they constantly keep you updated about your account. Absolutely brilliant company and the prices and products offered are absolutely brilliant. I've used them twice now for kitchen appliances and I haven't had any problems or issues.
