Our cooker died right before Christmas and I had no clue what to do. I saw a post about fair for you on Facebook so I messaged them and a representative talked me through the process. I had a little trouble at first as I had moved a lot so I went back to their advisor and within an hour it was sorted and our new cooker was on the way! Reviewed on: 26th June 2018
