I havemailed received excellent customer service throughout the whole time I've been a customer. I had a couple of issues that were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I was unable to call so I spoke via Facebook and they then passed my details on to Dorset homes and got them to phone me! *that's not the usual way things are done and normally get left waiting with any other company!* amazing service, extremely helpful and polite staff. Customer service is first class and always very helpful and friendly and nothing to much trouble. The products are excellent value for money and don’t feel like you are being taken advantage of due to financial situation, like some other pay weekly retailers.
