I was approved 65 pounds. I was approved 65 pounds. Never got it. Checked app it said zero. So I had to top up 25 pounds and that’s all I have now !!Just paid 15 pounds off it ... Read more Reviewed on: 26th July 2025

I seen an advert on social media and thought with my bad credit rating I wouldn't be excepted but my two sons have been sharing a single bed and desperately needed a bed of their own, so I gave it a go. The process was quick easy to follow and the next day I got a call from one of the CustmrSrv agents. She was polite and extremely helpful and my application was successful. Within a week the boys new bunk beds where delivered and the repayments come straight out of my account like clockwork every week. I'm completely over the moon that they finally each have their own bed to rest their heads. I give 10/10 for my overall experience and 100% have already told my family and friends that they would be mad not too Reviewed on: 27th June 2017

I have had three items from fair from you and the process was so easy no messing and they don't allow you to have credit you can't afford. Staff are poliet and friendly and extremely helpful even the delivery is easy to book and the staff we're poliet and efficient. I ordered a bed for my youngest child. After initially ordering online, I was contacted within 24 hours and the whole thing was finalised within half an hour. The bed was delivered within a few days and is amazing quality. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. I did the whole thing on my own.
