Brilliant

Absolutely diabolical

I was very poorly in hospital. This company were no help at all. They told me they’ve put my account on hold. I kept them informed when I came out of hospital there was a default in my name from this company. I subsequently paid my balance off in full, but they have not updated my credit file, they offered me another contract which failed to send any paperwork and still mark in my account under a new contract not even the same one as a default which is not acceptable. They are refusing to put this into a formal complaint. We are in six weeks now and they have not resolved anything. I will be going to the financial ombudsman. Reviewed on: 7th June 2023

Big help to families

When I 1st saw an advert for this I thought there would be massive interest rates to payback. But no you just pay back what you borrow and you can top it up again. They will text you and tell you the window you can top up. Big help when I need shopping and I don't have any money. You can now buy everything you need at Iceland. 5* Reviewed on: 7th June 2023
