Address change

Filled in the form to get my investments started and the system managed to mess up my address which meant I couldn't log into my account. Called up and their customer service team was very good and helpful despite their system not being accessible even to them. Reviewed on: 15th December 2016

Great place to invest but comparing not so easy

Great experience with them long term - the key is information clarity - I think sometimes that they have to provide so much information thatcthey make it difficult to compare one fund against another easily - I end up with multiple windows, snipping images with the performance data on and comparing offline a bit...
