I was struggling to receive car finance due to a poo...

I was struggling to receive car finance due to a poor credit rating that was no fault of my own. After a phone call to a member of the team explaining my situation, I was helped the whole way through, professional but also very friendly. I had a finance offer the next day and got the car I wanted. I even received a courtesy email to inform me, my payment would be taken on the date before the actual payment date due to it being a weekend and offered a different date if the one they offered wasn’t suitable.
