Freetrade did an excellent job luring people in on the idea of trading being cheap and easily accessible to the masses. Once you open an account you quickly will learn that the free version is extremely limiting and in order for you to get access to their wider platform and better options you have to pay a monthly premium. This is utterly unacceptable and goes against ads and promises. I would not recommend them to my friends or family. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Simplified, low cost but lacks crucial functionality

Freetrade platform lacks crucial functionality (different currency accounts, pre after market accessibility, most of corporate actions not supported, delays in dividends, lack of shares or high risk assets). For the cost of what it offers there are better choices. I do not recommend it. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
