great for small investment

Have used their basic plan since 2019 and find it easy to buy/sell shares and have accumulated a portfolio of shares using spare cash each week. Easy to use with quick cash transfer and quick buy/sell process. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

No Fees but average customer service

I have been trading for the past 3 years with Freetrade, Although if I have a question, it will take time for an answer. The platform has no fees (on the standard package) and it makes it very approachable. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Excellent customer service and easy to use

Freetrade has been incredibly easy to use, offers a wide range of products and - most importantly - has excellent customer service. On the rare occasions I have needed help, it has been quick and easy to get a response from a real human via the in-app chat function, and my queries have always been resolved. Their tiered membership system suits me as a casual investor and lets me pick what I need, which saves me money in the long run. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Great experiences across the whole product portfolio

Have my SIPP, GIA and ISA with Freetrade, and have made multiple transfers from other providers (Aviva, Aegon & Vanguard). Regularly invest into UK & US markets with a portfolio of over £300k, and always have had great experiences. The app is great and straight forward, the website offers a basic set of functionality and the customer service chat is effective. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
