Easy, peasy

Proactive company

I’ve only had a couple of queries one of which was logged via trust pilot. Freetrade picked up on the query and fixed the issue without prompting. Great proactive service in my opinion. coverage of products is excellent and fuss free. The app and interface is easy to use. Communication is helpful but also succinct. I don’t get spammed with emails like I do for other simular platforms. I would happily recommend to anyone looking for an informative fuss free investing platform. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

The app is great But

The app is great. The only problem is as soon as a stock does well for a few weeks they add it to the paid only plan so yes it’s free trade but if you want any stocks that are performing well you will have to use a paid plan. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
