Investing as easy as it should be

Freetrades, great selection, is stocks coming down the line, an experience that is simple, yet sophisticated enough and easy to invest through. Reviewed on: 15th December 2018

Starting to feel stagnant

Freetrade started out great, still an active user of the platform but it feels like it's been ages since anything 'new' launched. Combine that with the increased pricing for the same experience & the 'average' customer support, I'd say Freetrade still have some unique aspects going for them but they're not as ahead of the competition as they once were. Freetrade is good, but it can be better?

Best online share dealing platform in the UK, I've been using the product daily for years and seen it develop. Easy to use and very friendly for novices to navigate. Could be improved by offering more range of stocks without requiring higher increment plans, additionally, the incentives offered to recommend Freetrade to family and friends have fallen in recent years. My customer service experience is great and as a long-term user and early adaptor of the technology, I can honestly say I have not faced a single unsolved issue. The sense of community around the app has regressed since the early days, perhaps the integration of the community into the app could be utilised. Still the best in the UK by far, no other online share dealing app comes close in my opinion. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Easy to start and understand.

My Freetrade account was simple to set up and understand. The app has easy access and clear information about potential stocks and shares. Graphs allow progress over periods of time to be viewed easily and quickly.. Emails and the online community keep you up to date. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023
