I've been with Freetrade since day 1 of the app launch and I have never used another broker since. Their fee's are zero if you take the basic account, they have a subscription account that offers more. Every month Freetrade add more and more stocks to their universe, do they have as many as the older brokers? probably not yet, but they are growing. The app itself is simple to use. If you are looking to day trade then this is probably not for you unless you have access to some advanced tools that allow you to monitor right-now prices, but for those looking to invest I can't see how any other broker can compete. Accessible investing

Freetrade made it much easier for me - a young investor with very limited capital and little family history of wealth - to test the waters of investing. It is fairly easy to use, and the Honey mailing list is full of useful information for investors. My main criticisms would be that (1) with high accessibility comes the risk of people gambling away their money without doing due diligence, (2) certain desirable stocks are unavailable to those who don't pay a subscription (which makes it slightly less accessible to new investors than I'd like). Others may also complain that the prices displayed lag a fair bit behind the markets - but this isn't really a problem for long-term investors. Would upgrade to 5 stars and 10/10 recommendation if Freetrade could expand a little on the education side, increase the proportion of free stocks and funds available, and improve the speed/effectiveness of customer service. Excellent platform

Really clear UI. Easy to navigate the app. Money transfers to top up are very fast. Excellent for buy and hold trades. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Cheap, easy to use, does the job!

Need to track the investments easily. Discovery can be better. Analysis can be better. More fundamentals and technicals on the app. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

New investor - toe dip into a growing platform

As a new investor, I've found Freetrade a great entry point into the market. It's lacking some more advanced features, and I would appreciate some more information within the app which I could use to make investment choices. But it still represents an excellent value offering to those seeking to invest, with minimal additional costs. I would 100% recommend to friends and family (and have done so).
