Super easy and great communication

Used freetrade for a couple years now (since launch). Since then, they've added thousands of stocks and still add more regularly, so it's great to see the progress that's been made. It's a slick, easy design that makes buying/selling and reviewing your portfolio super easy. Only request would be for more in-depth insights into your portfolio, but what's there already is adequate. Reviewed on: 20th January 2021

Freetrade is remarkable.

I joined freetrade just a little after my 19th birthday and since then have been impressed by their user interface and the smoothness of their platform. Their customer service is also a bonus and I’ve never found myself waiting days for an answer more like half an hour if that. Reviewed on: 20th January 2021

Great app, brilliant for investment - but early in it's life with expected gaps.

Great app! Market changing and it will lead to lower cost investments across the industry. Pricing for the paid plans are good, too - although as a Plus member I'd expect a SIPP to be included in the cost, as with the ISA. Support times are slow though - they need to get more people here OR invest in far more market leading automation tools. Reviewed on: 20th January 2021
