Excellent customer service and community

Other than having an easy to use user interface, the customer support has always been quick and friendly. The community website is very active and I find myself taking a look at discussions every single day. I also enjoy reading their daily and weekly newsletter which is very informative. Lastly, the introduction of SIPPs is a game changer, given how cheap the fixed rate fees are. Reviewed on: 19th January 2021

Nice idea, but stagnating

It has evolved quickly to gain traction, but it now fails to innovate as it looks to scale. We need a Web based log in, 2 factor authentication, apps for tablets, better portfolio analysis etc. However these do not get put onto the roadmap, or when they do they are deprioritised. Constantly growing

The company continue to provide new stocks and services to its customers. Good customer service able to provide prompt, detailed and helpful information. Great basic product - no frills and no nonsense

A really great way to get people into investing, something I think everybody should do. Freetrade offer a no frills, no nonsense product which everyone can understand.
