Excellent friendly service and advice

Renewed with Geoffrey for second year

Customer service very good, always very helpful and was persuaded to renew for another year even though we called to cancel for a cheaper quote! We didn't have to make a claim but had a few in year amendments which were very easy to make, just watch the amendment fees! Reviewed on: 24th August 2018

Best value and efficient insurance

Best car insurance company out there

I have been with them for 5 years, they are always competitive, u can get through on the phones quickly, fantastic customer service which is rare nowadays. This year marks the 5th year for me, and without me even ringing up to discuss my annual renewal, I received a lovely easy to follow video explaining all my current cover and actually offering me a great discount for being a loyal customer.
