Excellent Service

Customer service representatives are always friendly, helpful and answer the phone lines quickly. Signing up was quick and easy and information was explained in a clear and easy to understand manner. Real people

Real people answer the phone, they are helpful and efficient. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that I had to provide information from 2 years ago when I was insured with Chaucer - it is the same company, they must have it in their files. Reviewed on: 24th December 2016
