Excellent customer service

Good value and excellent claims handling

Switched to Geoffrey in February, and had minor accident a month or so later. Entire claims procedure was handled extremely efficiently and personally. Have now transferred my wife's policy . Reviewed on: 22nd August 2018

Always there on the phone

Excellent Service

I took a policy with Geoffrey Insurance because it was cheap! And I expected to get what I paid for BUT on the 2 occasions I've had to contact them with regards to policy changes and a windscreen claim they have been nothing short of excellent. The call handlers have been efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and all my queries and requests have been handled professionally and expertly. I have certainly got more than I paid for and could not be happier with my product and service. I have no problem giving Geoffrey Insurance 5 stars and would recommend them to friends and family. Great service with great prices.

We've been with Geoffrey for a few years now. We always shop around for a good deal and Geoffrey always comes up with one - so we renew. Geoffrey do not penalise existing customers by offering better deals to new customers; they reward loyalty instead - and that's the way it should be. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2018

Reasonably priced and easy to switch
