Reliable service and great community spirit

I use my Credit Union to save for Christmas and wee extras that might pop up. I enjoy the simplicity of the website and like the fact there seems to be a good community spirit and ethos with the Union. I am hoping to one day get a mortgage through the union too. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Saving for Summer

I’ve been saving with GCU for a good many years now. I transfer a set amount each month and by the time the summer holidays come around we have a nice pot of spending money for treats and trips. Doing everything via the Spp is a breeze, seeing my balance and transferring the amount I need out to my bank account is so easy and quick to use. On the odd occasion whenI’ve had a problem (usually my fault!) there is always a friendly ,helpful voice at the other end of the phone. A great service. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Easy to use for technophobes

The whole experience of using Glasgow Credit Union, since its inception, has been one of ease. Their professionalism and friendly staff have helped me over the years. While the way I use the service has changed with developing technology, it has continued to be easy to use the service - even for me as a confirmed technophobe!
