Community Credit at its Best

The great thing about Glasgow Credit Union is that it is run as a cooperative, that is owned by its members, and all members have an equal voice on the direction the credit union takes by voting at the Annual General Meeting every year. I like that there is this democratic element, that is tailored to suit the needs of the people of Glasgow, amd jas been serving the people of the city for over 30 years - my Mother being one of them. She has benefited from the products the Union provides. As a new member, I'm looking forward to investing in this collective pot and building up savings that will support me throughout the rest of my life, and I will certainly look to the Union for credit in the near future as a prospective first time buyer. All of this makes Glasgow Credit Union feel like it offers more than any other lender - it is something you can invest in with your heart as well as with your money! Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Great to be apart of!

Always great service! Super friendly to they’re customers, well trained & always looking for the best way to help the customer out! Straight forward & fast at processing withdrawal requests whenever I have been in need of a little extra cash! It was so easy to open an account & sign up & I have been kept up to date with news & any changes within Glasgow Credit Union! Good at keeping the clients in mind with competitions, which unfortunately I haven’t won haha! Brilliant work everyone keep it up! Jayne. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Easy ,Affordable Savings Scheme

Since day when I signed up not knowing what I wanted within my savings account. I had online, email and telephone options which were available to me when I needed them. I was walked through ever single progress of creating and managing my account. I also get monthly emails and texts regarding my account and also what the GCU are up to and other offers which are available to me. I have recommending them to all my friends and family. I wasn't good at saving and now soo far I have saved £400 by putting what I can afford away. The customer service is out of this world. I have forgotten my username twice and twice they were quick enough to help me an resolve any queries I might have. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

RELIABLE RATES AND 5 STAR SERVICE

I’ve been a Glasgow Credit Union member for 30yrs and have used several of their services throughout that time. It always provides great rates whether it’s on a loan, savings or dividends.
