The website is easy to navigate and, on the rare occasions I have contacted customer services, the agents have been efficient and friendly. I have taken out an annual travel insurance plan as i have several trips planned this year, every thing went smoothly. I have not made a clame but the cover seems comprehensive and hopefully should i need to make a claim that willgo smoothy too. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
