Easy to deal with on the phone, friendly and helpful and the price was right. It would be helpful to have a help line number other than for medical. Unable to return from SriLanka in the day Heathrow closed due to the sub station fire, therefore would I still be covered by insurance returning day after expiry date? That was worrying. Good product with many good features not always found with other insurers. well priced for the level of cover provided. Had some problems with an unwieldy claims process but have been assured lessons have been learned from my feedback. Will say that I had no issues with being able to contact Good to Go when I had problems and the staff did their best to help. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
