1st time I have had to use holiday insurance, tried...

1st time I have had to use holiday insurance, tried to claim €150 for doctors appointment and treatment for cellulitis. Good to go didn’t want to know and stated their partner company needed to address this. Still waiting for money to be returned, shambles’s. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025

A most reliable and helpful Travel Insurer

Have been using Good to Go for a few years now and always found them to give great service at great price. Unfortunately I had to cancel my holiday last year because of illness and they were extremely helpful in securing me a refund. Really pleased with my quote and ease of booking, so much so, that I recommended 'Good to' to a friend who was having problems booking insurance and she is equally pleased. Peace of mind in advance

I have not yet undertaken a voyage with goodtogo cover, but can report very positively about their handling and value. In my eighties, I find technology daunting, but online goodtogo was no problem to work with, clear and concise. I tried first the company recommended by my shipping line and found them twice as expensive as goodtogo. My husband's underlying conditions were a significant factor for all companies, but a third company I tried were also way more expensive. In both cases the same data was given by me, and the same cover was offered. I hope my faith will be justified when I travel soon. So far, I am very favourable impressed. I excellent service....
