Although we didn’t use the insurance while on holiday,it was reassuring to know that it was there if needed. Due to existing medical conditions the price was a little higher than we thought it would be, but in the event of a medical emergency we knew a top insurance was there to cover and assist us. They are quick on the phone, know just what they are talking about and most helpful, they go through everything clearely and will go back over any points that you question, they do the work and you end up with exactly what you need and want, all worry-free, I was and am pleased with the service.
