Easy procedure from start to finish

Found the quotation process very easy to do and seemed to cater for all circumstances which was a relief due to recent health changes. We nice the quotation was accepted the follow up was very professional and I was especially pleased with the options available in respect of how I wanted policy documents!as not everyone has the option of being able to print docs and would prefer a paper version. Website was easy to use, asking about each medical condition in turn. Easier than trying to work out what medications are for what conditions. Disappointed we could not get an Annual policy as my wife has a terminal illness, although less than two years into her 5/6 year prognosis. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024
