Fantastic help from knowledgable telephone assistants.

I made a mistake by taking out a single trip policy and need to change it into a multi trip policy. A delightful assistant cancelled my single trip policy and sent me up with a multi trip policy. There were no cancellation or penalty charges whatsoever. Reviewed on: 10th September 2024

As with any insurance, you only know how good they are once you make a claim. with GoodtoGo they were efficient, with good communication on our claim and while documentation GtG required from doctors took some time, our claim was sorted and approved after about 2 months.
