Overall, my experience with Good to Go Insurance was straightforward. The quote process was simple, and purchasing the policy was quick. The policy documents were easy to access, and the price was competitive. There were a few areas that could be improved, particularly around communication and making certain policy details clearer. Have found good to go good value compared to similar companies. Found text reminder of emergency contact very reassuring. Also documents can be downloaded and received by post. Have used both individual holiday insurance and yearly depending on holidays and found both competitive. Easy navigation on website. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
