I was given all the information I needed. The staff member was professional, friendly and helpful. He was kind and courteous especially when answering my questions however banal they were. Also I was not kept waiting to speak to a real person, my call was answered promptly with no mind numbing music trying my patience. An excellent service all round. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026

Good cover at a reasonable cost.

I tried numerous travel insurance companies and found them very expensive for elderly people which restricted our travel plans. Goodtogo provided a reasonable travel plan at a reasonable cost. we are now able to extend our travel plans with adequate travel insurance which is affordable. Reviewed on: 21st September 2026
