They have real people to answer your call, always there to clarify any queries & are extremely helpful. Varying levels of cover not one size fits all ! In addition provide cover for the older generation who have a few more medical issues. Reviewed on: 11th October 2023

Have taken out travel insurance with good-to-go but have not yet been on our holiday. Customer services were really helpful when we were having difficulties getting cover for our granddaughter. No nonsense insurance company

We booked our holiday to Guernsey just before the pandemic. We took out travel insurance with Good to Go. Booking was very easy and the lady who took the details was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately because of Covid we had to cancel. As soon as we informed them that we could not travel a full refund was given straight away with no hassle. Reviewed on: 11th October 2023
